There will be no response. It’s a power play on his part, all about control.
I’m still waiting for the answer, but I think it may be 18. At least for me. I will be truly free when my child is 18.
I am looking forward to the day I no longer have to discuss decisions with him. I’m afraid I’ll never be free. He’ll still be around-college, marriage, grandchildren-but at least I won’t have to talk to him after the kids are 18.
